This course will help you apply manager self-service job functions to different Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM applications. As an HCM Core manager, you will learn to manage direct reports as well as use the person search, portrait cards, and person keyword searches while taking advantage of search relevance. As a time and absence manager, you will learn how to report, approve, and transfer time. You will also learn to review and reject absence records submitted by direct reports. As a Compensation Manager you will learn how to build the Total Compensation Statement for an employee, assign budgets and review compensation worksheets. You will also learn how to promote workers to a salary range and generate compensation statements for review and evaluation. As a Cloud ERP user, you will learn how to manage expense report approvals and create expense reports off of cash and corporate-card transactions.
